Helping Hands

Package A

This is TLC’s basic package, only including the necessities for your event. If the majority of your event is already planned and organized, TLC will take over the management of your event so you are able to enjoy the work you have done.

 

Services Include:

 

  • 4 hours maximum (Above 4 hours will include an hourly rate of $145 per hour)
  • Press Release (1) – if applicable
  • Timeline of the event
  • 1 Checklist: Day of event
  • (2) Meetings with TLC : Initial meeting & Prior to event
  • TLC point of contact for vendors
  • Set up & breakdown
  • 1 TLC staff member on site
  • Supervision of vendor set up & breakdown
  • Create e-vite (if applicable)
  • Location visit

 

*18% gratuity will be added after the event

 

Package Cost: $2,200.00

Package B

This package is for those who need a little more assistance and guidance in the planning process. TLC offers this package as the perfect solution for those who want the satisfaction of creating the back bone of an event and then allowing TLC to swoop in and carry out the remaining tasks.

 

Services Include:

  • 4 hours maximum (Above 4 hours will include an hourly rate of $145 per hour)
  • (2) Press Releases: 1 announcing the event & 1 “post” release for after the event with photos
  • Media Alert (if applicable)
  • Comprehensive Timeline
  • 3 Checklists: Day before, Day of & Day after (pick-up)
  • (3) Meetings with the client: Initial meeting, “Check-in” meeting & Before event
  • Point of contact for vendors
  • (2) TLC staff members on site
  • Location visits (2): When location is booked & 1 day prior to the drop off of materials
  • Registration services (if applicable): Greater Giving
  • Rehearsal Coordination (if applicable)
  • “Day of” schedule of events
  • Promo materials: Small items such as: nametags, placement cards, flyers, etc.
  • Create e-vite

Package Cost: $4,250.00

Package C

This is TLC’s all-inclusive package. Need help planning and coordinating an event, only approving minor details and decisions? Then this is the package for you! This package allows TLC to manage your event, taking on full responsibility of communication, décor, promotional materials, etc. TLC will also provide YOU with our preferred list of vendors for you to choose from.

 

Services Include:

  • 4 hours maximum (Above 4 hours will include an hourly rate of $145 per hour)
  • (3) Press Releases: 1 announcing the event, 1 leading up to the event describing the activities, benefits, etc. & 1 “post” release for after the event with photos
  • Media alert
  • Comprehensive Timeline
  • 3 Checklists: Day before, Day of & Day after (pick-up)
  • Schedule for Day-Of
  • Seating chart creation (if applicable)
  • (5) Meetings with the client
  • Unlimited communication with TLC: Via phone calls or email
  • TLC point of contact for vendors
  • Set up/breakdown
  • (2) TLC staff members on site
  • Location visits (as needed)
  • Coordination and set up of décor
  • Signage creation
  • E-vite/invite creation
  • Registration: Greater Giving
  • Rehearsal coordination
  • Guest list with referrals
  • Vendor suggestions/bid: TLC will submit (3) vendors per service with pricing for you to choose from & TLC will contact, coordinate and oversee all vendors
  • All promotional materials
  • Check equipment: On-site technician(if applicable)
  • Emergency contact list
  • Assist with hotel and transportation recommendations for out of town guests
  • Draft a “Plan B” for outdoor events

Package Cost: $7,500

A La Carte

All TLC packages can have things added from our “a-la-carte” menu of services or you can create your own package. All packages, including a client created package, is a 4- hours minimum service. (Pricing based on final package combination and amount of services needed).
